Canada Customs Office is seasonal. The ferry service is down for the winter. That is Cape Vincent in the U.S.A. in the background. About 50 years ago, I crossed here on a bicycle with 50 cents for the ferry ride, no identification other than my word and an honest face. That is all that was needed.
